Watling Medical Centre is a Training/Teaching Practice
We regularly have GP registrars working with us. GP registrars are fully qualified doctors obtaining further experience in general practice before moving to a practice of their own. They are fully supervised by one of the partners who has been specially approved to teach.
Our practice is very proud of its status as a GP training practice. In addition to teaching doctors, we occasionally have future practice nurses and healthcare assistants in training. This helps the practice team as well as local population and we are grateful to our patients for their co-operation in this training.
